Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Services Associate to join our dynamic team. This role will serve as a key point of contact for investors, providing exceptional client support and ensuring smooth communication between the firm and its stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and experience in financial services, preferably within private equity or asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary liaison between the firm and investors, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses.
- Assist with investor onboarding, including due diligence, KYC/AML requirements, and document management.
- Coordinate and distribute investor communications, including financial reports, capital calls, and distribution notices.
- Support the investor relations team with presentations, marketing materials, and data analysis.
- Maintain and update investor databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including fund accounting, compliance, and operations, to provide seamless client service.
- Assist in organizing investor meetings, annual general meetings, and other client engagement initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and investor needs to enhance client service strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in client services, investor relations, consulting to PE clients or in another Private Equity firm.
- Knowledge of private equity, asset management, or alternative investments is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of compliance requirements, including KYC/AML processes, is a plus.
