As a Consulting summer intern with Korn Ferry, you will have the opportunity to learn about our company, our capabilities and solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Practice enablement such as knowledge management, case study standardization, toolkit development support, etc.
- Desktop research in support of client needs; project management tasks; drafting simple client deliverables.
- Assist in building a proprietary database to deployed in business development support.
- Deliver a combination of client work and research support, which may include one of the following areas:
- Pay Equity and Benefits engagement support.
- Healthcare Total Rewards database updates and reporting support.
- CEO Succession Mapping data support and outreach prioritization.
- Pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in one of the following majors:
- Track record of successfully managing strong academics with extracurricular activities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Students graduating in Spring 2026 with a GPA of 3.2 or higher are eligible to apply for our internship program.
