Company Description:
Unique PE organization in the Real Estate space seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting professional with strong RE experience (ideally multi-family and/or industrial)
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting and FP&A functions, including financial reporting and budgeting
- Implement and maintain effective internal financial controls and policies
- Lead annual financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Oversee cash management, compliance, and financial modeling
- Supervise and mentor finance staff, and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 10 years experience
- Masters in Accounting and/or CPA highly preferred
- Bachelors Experience in a real estate fund, owner, operator, or asset manager
- Success in leading monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including general ledger activities, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation
- Ability to multi-task, wear multiple hats
Salary Range & Benefits Overview: $160-$180k bonus healthcare, 401k and LTI
