  • Lead the company’s comprehensive financial reporting, including financial sponsor reporting, annual operating plan and budget, Board and internal monthly operating calls, lender reporting, and other required reports as directed by the Board or CFO.
  • Manage relationships with banks and lending groups, including preparing materials for quarterly results.
  • Fully support pre- and post-M&A work as well as value creation activities. Support new investment opportunities and provide recommendations on potential returns and risks.
  • Effectively integrate acquisitions to uncover, drive, and monitor both short-term and long-term cost savings and revenue opportunities across the organization.
  • Drive automation opportunities within the finance and information technology functions to improve efficiency, including through technological optimization.
  • Focus on building scalable processes and systems to accommodate rapid growth and the increasing complexity of the company’s operations.
  • Lead and manage a team of 30 transactional accountants, optimizing processes to handle over $1M in annual transactions across 30 locations.
