Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, business analysts, and leadership, to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation through data analysis.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a global team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HR analytics, talent management, or workforce analytics.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
