Job Title: Data Operations Supervisor
Location: Minneapolis-St Paul, Minnesota (HQ)
Position Type: Interim-to-Hire (Conversion Salary: $110,000 DOQ)
Job Overview: Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on Data Operations Supervisor. This role involves managing a team of four direct reports, overseeing their training, conducting one-on-ones, and performing performance reviews. The Supervisor will also actively participate in projects, including integrations, custom reports, process improvements, and year-end tasks. Key Responsibilities will include Operational Support, Application Business and Operational Process Management, Continuous Improvement and Production Support as needed.

Required Experience:

• Strong analytic and data analysis skills.


• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, and MS CRM.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized among numerous initiatives, and keep up with administrative tasks and responsibilities.


• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to support effective team building and motivation.


• Bachelor's degree is required.


• Supervisory/Team Leadership experience required.


• Experience in benefits administration or healthcare (provider/payor) is a plus.
