Seeking experienced Project Finance Director to join an industry leading solar developer and community solar financier. The incumbent will play an integral role in all team activities and will possess a high level of responsibility as the leader of an internal project finance team. The ideal candidate will have served in an investment banking program or a related transaction execution role i.e. Structured Credit, Structured Finance, or Project Finance Advisory.
Responsibilities
- Constructing detailed financial models, performing cash flow analysis, pricing analysis and due diligence requests.
- Participate in project due diligence and transaction execution for renewable energy projects.
- Supporting the structuring, underwriting and execution of renewable energy and energy transition financing transactions.
Other:
- Expected to work on every aspect of the transaction process
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint along with experience building and managing complex modeling, building output reports, and creating attractive presentation materials.
- Detailed financial analysis including project finance pricing and diligence modeling.
- Ad-hoc financial analysis in support of new business opportunities.
- Preparation of periodic reporting and meeting materials.
- Applying critical thinking and judgement in the review of investment opportunities.
Total Compensation: $240-250k base bonus ($350-375k total compensation)
