Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze fund performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders, including investors.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support investment strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborate with investment teams to gather and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and relevance in reporting.
- Create and automate dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform investment strategies and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual investor presentations and reports.
- Support the implementation of reporting processes and tools to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or financial analysis, preferably in private equity or investment management.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
