Korn Ferry has partnered with our real estate client in their search for a dedicated Financial Operations Analyst to support the operations and financial teams. This role involves ensuring the effective use of Information Technology and Data Analytics platforms, processing financial transactions accurately, preparing financial reports, and providing analytical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Review contracts and maintain data integrity for compliance with policies, accounting standards, and regulations.
- Provide operational and financial support, including expense reports, data entry, and invoice approvals.
- Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and post journal entries, perform account analysis, and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with IT and Data Analytics teams to enhance and implement technology and data platforms.
- Support budget development and monitoring to align with organizational goals.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including aging schedules and payment follow-ups.
- Review and approve supplier invoices and employee expense reimbursements.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
