We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead critical security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage enterprise-level information security and cyber security programs with budgets exceeding $1M.
- End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of security projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Business Impact: Assess and communicate the business impact of security projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and risk management strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present project updates and outcomes to C-level stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Agile Methodologies: Implement and manage projects using SAFe Agile methodologies, while being open to other Agile frameworks as needed.
Must Haves:
- Proven experience in enterprise project/program management within Information Security/Cyber Security domains.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects with budgets of $1M or more.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end project/program ownership, including detailed timelines and successful project completions.
- Strong understanding of the business impact of security projects and the ability to communicate this effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAFe Agile methodologies, with openness to other Agile frameworks.
Nice to Have:
- Industry experience in Financial Asset Management, Investment Management, Asset Wealth Management, Wealth Management, or Funds Management.
- Relevant cyber security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
