We are partnered with a multi-million-dollar leader in the packaging industry on a search for a unique remote opportunity for a Multi-Site Continuous Improvement Manager.
This role is responsible for driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives, focusing on optimizing equipment and processes within the facility. Over time, the position is expected to evolve into a Subject Matter Expert role, providing strategic advisory support to other facilities. This is a high-impact role with strong career advancement potential. It would report to the Director of Continuous Improvement and involve up to 80% travel mostly domestic but with occasional international.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3–10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing within a high-speed environment
- Strong project management skills
- Proven track record in creating and implementing continuous improvement programs
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication and collaborative skills
- Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills
- Formal Training in Lean Manufacturing is a plus
- Willingness to take initiative with and without direction and the ability to establish rapport quickly and build trust
