Job Summary
We are seeking a Production Supervisor with at least 4 years of U.S. military experience to oversee production facility workers and coordinate activities, including tooling, mold set-ups, material flow, and bearing production.
About the Role
- Supervise and coordinate activities of approximately 25 direct reports, maintaining schedules and creating production targets.
- Review work orders, production specifications, technical instructions, facility requirements, tool requisitions, equipment, and supplies.
- E nsure all employees follow safety protocols, including material handling and PPE.
- Train, mentor, and guide new workers.
- Maintain knowledge of CNC machining and read blueprints.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of US Military experience required.
- Familiarity with CNC machining highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills, process-oriented approach, ability to read blueprints, and commitment to workplace safety essential.
- Preferable mechanical background, but open to anyone technical with familiarity with construction/infrastructure loadbearing concepts.
Work Schedule
- 2 Day Shifts available: Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 1:00pm; Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Compensation
$70,000 base salary 6.5% targeted bonus.
