Responsibilities :
- Strategic Sales Development : Identify, develop, and cultivate new business opportunities within the EMS market
- Present and promote comprehensive range of services to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs.
- Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Provide exceptional account management services, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead Generation and Follow-up : Proactively source new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, industry events, and market research.
- Follow up on leads and referrals promptly, maintaining a proactive and client-focused approach.
- Sales Material and Product Knowledge : Develop and maintain effective sales materials and stay updated on the latest product offerings and industry trends.
- Able to clearly and effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- Customer Relationship Management : Manage all aspects of customer relations, including quotes, contracts, purchase orders, technical inquiries, project coordination, scheduling, deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Accounting to ensure seamless project execution.
- Achieve Sales Targets : Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and quotas through strategic planning and execution.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
