Job Title: Senior Agile/Scrum Consultant (Interim to Hire) $60hr - $75hr W2
Location: Hybrid in Kansas City (Tue/Wed/Thu)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Senior Agile/Scrum Consultant to join our client's Technology Shared Services Group, which is undergoing a significant transformation. This role will be pivotal in building new Agile teams and refreshing existing practices. The ideal candidate will balance Agile coaching and senior scrum mastery, facilitating PI planning, hosting lunch and learns, and working closely with product managers and owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
- Focus on value streams and organizational alignment beyond SAFe terminology and best practices.
- Collaborate with a team of 12, including Scrum Masters, RTEs, and Coaches.
- Lead the transition from Kanban to Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate PI planning sessions and Agile ceremonies.
- Host lunch and learn sessions to promote Agile practices.
- Work with Product Managers and Product Owners on backlog refinement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Technology leaders.
- Lead through cloud and digital transformations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 50% Agile Coach, 50% Senior Scrum Master.
- Proven experience in transitioning Kanban to Agile.
- Strong facilitation skills for PI planning and Agile ceremonies.
- Ability to host engaging lunch and learn sessions.
- Experience working with Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Technology leaders.
- Experience in leading cloud and/or digital transformations.
