Senior FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to provide insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and M&A analysis.
• Assist in budgeting and variance analysis, providing recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
• Collaborate with business units to optimize financial decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for senior leadership and investors.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Experience with M&A analysis and financial due diligence is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
