Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and production of various marketing and branding materials, including print and digital assets
- Develop innovative design concepts and layouts for advertisements, brochures, product packaging, and web banners
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets and communication materials
- Create visually appealing presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work effectively
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
- Experience in branding and creating visual identities for products or organizations
