The Process Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing the development, documentation, and implementation of manufacturing processes to achieve site and company goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Liaise with process engineering team members to communicate priorities and provide necessary support
- Mentor and develop engineers to continuously improve their skills and effectiveness
- Manage manufacturing processes to ensure seamless transfer from process engineering to production
Requirements
- Chemical Engineering degree or related field
- 10 years of experience in process engineering or process design
- 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing environment
- Experience of process safety tools (PHA, LOPA, MOC, Root Cause Analysis)
