We have partnered with our client in their search for a Tableau Developer
Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and working experience in relational and dimensional modelling is required.
- Technical depth and ability to rapidly understand and communicate the impact of solutions and technology.
- Experience collaborating with business representatives to understand requirements, value, prioritization and business intelligence needs
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Experience working in onshore/offshore model.
Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau and at least one of the following: Qlik, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Cognos, Business Objects, or MicroStrategy.
- Experience working with large-scale data warehouses and strong SQL skills. The individual should understand the extraction and transformation process for reporting needs.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schema, fact and dimension tables, and SCDs. The individual will collaborate with data modelers to design efficient data models and optimize reporting structures.
- Experience working in nearshore and offshore team models.
- Ability to work collaboratively across business and technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Education & Work Experience
- 8-15 years of experience in BI reporting and analytics.
