Compensation range $200,000-250,000 OTE
Our client is a fast-growing national healthcare group, with a highly innovative that has gained attention over the years. As they continue to acquire additional businesses and scale operations nationwide, they are looking for a well-connected Public Relations Leader with a proven track record securing articles in the elite business press, such as Forbes, Fortune, Businessweek, Bloomberg...etc. to elevate their presence and amplify their success stories in the business and investors communities.
The Vice President of PR will report to group Chief Marketing Officer and lead a local team while managing external communications agencies.
The role is onsite, based in their Fort Lauderdale head office. Relocation will be provided for the selected candidate.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the company's brand awareness and reputation within the business investment community and related stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials that highlight our clients programs and achievements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of public relations efforts with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Research and manage invitations for clinic Grand Openings to invite local press and school and government dignitaries. Secure local news coverage of ribbon cuttings.
- Monitor media coverage and public perception of our client, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and community leaders to promote the companys services and advocacy efforts.
- Develop plans for crisis communications and develop strategies to mitigate potential reputational risks.
- Organize and participate in events, conferences, and workshops to represent our client and engage with local community.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of public relations campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and developments in advocacy to inform PR strategies.
- Monitor and manage online reputation management.
