The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for new and existing customers during product deployment, scale up, filing, launch, and commercialization. The CS Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the product implementation process and new product tasks for an assigned group of customers and / or internally funded projects. The Project Manager is the critical liaison between the customer and many Company departments, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Business Development. This position will be charged with strengthening customer relationships and ensuring unparalleled levels of customer satisfaction as a given project is moved forward through development and into commercialization.
This role will report to the Strategic Accounts Customer Success Director
Responsibilities :
- Effectively lead medium cross functional support teams, ensuring good cross-functional communications and alignment to ensure timely completion of implementation of new systems for new and existing customers,
- Generate and implement project plans, communications, and schedules to assist with task prioritization and workload adjustments.
- Build team ownership and commitment to project plan and identify, manage, and communicate project risks.
- Prioritize, delegate, and manage tasks among team members as appropriate to drive execution of project deliverables and minimize risk.
- Interact with senior personnel on complex matters requiring coordination between organizations, such as escalations of operational issues like spare parts not arriving to the site or issues with installation and implementation of machines, etc.
- Prepare and deliver project status updates to management on a weekly basis
- Document project meeting minutes, issues log, decision logs, metrics, and other key communications.
- Manage individual project challenges and recommend solutions to address them.
- Ensure Kornit’s policies and practices are followed, and accurate documentation requirements are followed.
- Identify and utilize internal teams, implantation engineers, logistics, and support escalation teams, required for project activities, develop project budgets, resource allocations and timelines.
- Partner and collaborate with Support Manager, Delivery Manager, Service Director, and others, to achieve project completions and internal KPIs
