Job Title: Director of Finance and Accounting

Description:

Kornit Digital is a global leader in sustainable digital fashion and textile production technologies. We are looking for a talented individual to lead our finance and accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the accounting, tax, payroll, treasury, and internal audit functions
• Create and implement policies and procedures to resolve accounting issues
• Design processes to improve close and reporting efficiency and accuracy
• E nsure compliance with relevant tax, SEC, local, and pan-Americas regulations and laws
• Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (budget) and quarterly forecasts
• Analyze actual results versus budget (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow)
• Supervise monthly close process and analysis thereof
• Collection of accounts receivable, supervising accounts payable, payroll, weekly cash flow reporting, and forecasting
• Tax reporting and accounting; SOX compliance, and annual tax return preparation

Requirements:

• C.P.A. required
• Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Business Administration
• "Big Four" or national accounting firm audit experience preferred
• At least 5 years' experience in accounting/finance in a commercial corporation
• 4 years' experience managing accountants including managing managers and the accounting/tax and finance function
• 3 years in a position equivalent to a Director of Finance and Accounting or higher responsibilities covering Canada, the US, and Central/S America (or a portion thereof)
