Position Overview
The National Accounts Sales Consultant is responsible for gaining access to, qualifying, and building relationships with targeted National Account clients. This role will build a profile of the targeted National Account to include decision makers, relationship mapping, current spec review, and proposed solution approaches. This role requires a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and the ability to connect over the phone in order to secure in-person or virtual appointments for solution consultation. This role will be reporting to the VP of Sales - East and would be ideally located in California, Colorado, New Mexico or Oklahoma.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calls to a provided target list for qualification, profiling, and securing appointments for sales consultation.
Use research tools to understand the current construction specifications and products used to build a compelling Koroseal value proposition.
Identify non-product needs of national account customers and develop business case for support (i.e.. Plan take-offs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
Partner with the dedicated National Acct Customer Service team to build the playbook for handling National accts and delivering excellent order care.
Stay up-to-date on the company’s products/services and effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to clients
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and targets set by the management team
Manage pipeline of new customers where an appointment was set for an outside salesperson for a solution consultation.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and progress using the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
Collaborate with the marketing to develop strategies for printed/electronic tools to increase engagement and revenue from targeted accounts
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies as needed
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Sales is a plus)
1-2 years of telesales, inside sales, or hospitality sales experience preferred
Strong telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tool
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to understand client needs and offer solutions
Ability to maintain a client-first approach and build lasting relationships with hospitality businesses
A driven individual with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage a high volume of calls
Strong ability to negotiate terms, close deals, and handle objections
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
Knowledge of the hospitality industry and familiarity with common pain points and needs of hotels, restaurants, and event venues is preferred
Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for a prolonged period of time
Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 10 pounds) may be required
