Quality Control Technician

Shift

• 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7:30am
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect “wall covering hangs” for quality match
• Communicates to Team Member’s inspection results
• Provide feedback and potential resolution on any out of spec samples
• Documents and records production observations
• Verify color using standard match
• Record weights pulls and grade sign on sheet for color
• Track “Standards” use and properly inventory the standards
• Produce standards for new lines and process changes
• Make “fact” based decisions while providing feedback on improvement needs
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for an extended period
• Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to match colors
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of Company
• Ability to use problem solving techniques
• Understanding of work quality
• Self-Motivated to get assigned work completed
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
• Take pride in the work you perform
• Ability to pass a Physical, drug test and background check
