Position Overview
The Supervisor, Digital Solutions Coordination Team is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Digital Solutions Coordinators, ensuring efficient project execution and maintaining high-performance standards to exceed customer expectations. The Supervisor will report to the Manager, Customer Service, and will work on-site at our Medina, OH headquarters. Quarterly travel to our other facilities may be required as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the Digital Solutions Coordination Team.
- Collaborate with leadership and product management to define, train, and implement best practices for digital project execution.
- Assist in developing and executing a standardized digital delivery playbook.
- Monitor team performance, ensuring adherence to customer service standards and project timelines.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer and field sales team inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external graphic design resources to address project-related challenges.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and engagement.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management of Digital Coordinators.
- Generate and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fine Arts, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
- 2–4 years of experience managing customer projects.
- Experience with advanced graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Firefly) is a preferred
- Background in graphic design is a plus.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong design and composition sensibility.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and approach tasks systematically.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to project management and graphic design.
- Must be able to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs safely
