Position Summary : Korro Bio is seeking a highly motivated research associate to join our NGS operations team and work with an enthusiastic team of highly skilled scientists. The ideal candidate for this lab-based position is committed to deliver high quality results in a timely manner. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team and contribute to the development of next-generation RNA editing technology and therapeutics in a fast-paced biotech company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Following SOPs precisely to routinely perform NGS assay.
- Work effectively to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results in a timely fashion.
- Support NGS scientist in operation tasks including inventory management, assay development and operation improvement.
- Support operations team in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Accurately document project and sample information, protocols, and experimental details through an Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN).
