Menu Planning and Execution
This Senior Line Cook will be responsible for planning and executing menus, working closely with the Culinary Manager to determine menu item selection and pricing. They will also be responsible for ordering ingredients and supplies, as well as maintaining inventory levels.
The candidate will work with the Culinary Manager to develop new menu items and specials, as well as collaborate with other kitchen staff members to create innovative dishes. They will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

They will also assist with supervisory responsibilities and provide guidance and training to kitchen staff members as needed.
