What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Representative/BDC position at Korum Automotive Group?
Do you have solid customer service, call center, or relationship-based communication skills? Korum Automotive Group has an opportunity for you to join our BDC Internet Consultant Team. With today's busy lifestyle, many customers choose to start their car buying process online. This position is key to providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction to a seamless car buying process for our customers.
This is a great opportunity to utilize your ability to provide great customer service, and listening skills to match our customers with the right car to purchase whether that be new or used. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to enhance your technology skills as you follow up on customer inquiries by phone or email, taking pictures of new and pre-owned vehicles, and creating personalized videos for customers.
This is a unique onsite position where you would spend a portion of the day at your desk interacting with or responding to customers, yet also have the opportunity to go out on the lot and take photos and videos of cars. The pay range is $20.48 to $26.50 per hour
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer and office skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while paying attention to detail
Regular attendance is essential
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule.
All applicants must be at least 18 yrs. old, have a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
