Korum Automotive Group has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate with dealership service advisor experience to join our team as the Services Program Coordinator to be a part of the launch of new services that will be offered to our customers, Pickup and Delivery Service and Mobile Service Programs. Our customers will be able to call us and have us pick up their vehicle and bring it to our shop for service, or we will send our qualified technician to them.
The Remote Service Program Coordinator will ensure that the Pickup and Delivery Service and Mobile Service Programs are coordinated effectively by scheduling the remote services team members, including valets and mobile technicians, while ensuring proper documentation for services and repair orders.
This position will work onsite at our Dealership.
Pay Range: $27.51 to 35.60 per hour
Targeting Hiring Range: $27.51 to 30.74 per hour
Desired Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of related experience in an automotive service department
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to achieve and maintain Ford / Lincoln Service-related certifications
- Ability to use and learn computer software programs
- The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
