We currently operate three new vehicle franchises: Ford Dealership, Lincoln (Black Label), and Hyundai.
We are recruiting experienced Auto Techs / Mechanics who are Ford or Lincoln Certified Technicians for Ford and Lincoln Dealerships. Service Technicians are responsible for performing inspections and maintenance or repairs to ensure that vehicles are safe and reliable for customers.
Hourly Pay Range: $22.72 to $47.55
Additionally, employees may be eligible to earn productivity bonuses.
The successful candidate will typically have the following skills and experience:
- A high school graduate or general education degree (GED) is preferred.
- Must be able to learn and use all applicable software programs the dealership uses.
- Ford/Lincoln Technician Certifications required
