What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Full time position at Korzen Health?
Korzen Health is working with a dedicated acute psychiatric hospital located near i90 and i495 in the greater Boston, MA area.
The Hospital has a total of 9 units broken down into High, Low Acuity Adult and Child/Adolescent sub-units. We are looking to add a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our ASD unit.
The ASD Unit- Special Needs- Autism spectrum disorders is one of the only programs within the state of MA. We work very closely with the Department of Mental Health.
Some of the highlights include:
- The unit is an 18 bed Acute inpatient, working with BCBA's, Neuro Psych Testing, Full-Treatment team in place.
- LOS is 30-45 days. Average ADC is 11. The team works with the parents very closely.
- The Hospital has a vast Psychopathology within their units. They are looking for a provider to become a leader within their units. This would include working within their Multidisciplinary teams, educating nurses/social workers and investing in the team.
- The BCBA will have the ability to supervise RBT's.
- Position is Monday - Friday Daytime Hours.
