What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner - Post-Acute Care - 3 days a week position at Korzen Health?
Korzen Health in collaboration with Healogics is looking to add a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to our wound care program.
This is a 3 days/week position (8 hours/day) - flexible with hours/days.
This is a mobile position generally within 45 min of the posted geographic area. You will be traveling to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to provide wound care to patients.
Scope of Practice Includes:
- You will average around 18-20 patients a day.
- Performing basic wound care (dressing changes, chemical debridement) with some minor procedures.
- This will be a part-time 3 day a week job. No Nights, No Call, No weekends. Flexible.
- Compensation Model is salary with RVU after 1 year.
- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner and Experience Requirements:
- State License
- DEA License
- SNF or Wound Care Exp a Plus
