What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wound Care Nurse Practitioner - Post Acute Care position at Korzen Health?
Korzen Health is working with the partnership of Healogics to find a Post Acute Nurse Practitioner.
We are looking to add an experienced NP to cover local SNFs 5 days per week. Procedure experience within the last 2 years is required. For example: sutures, central lines, intubations, and anything that would be very specialized.
This is a full time, 5 days/week position - flexible hours. Post-Acute Care wound care program located in Winter Haven, FL. This is 100% wound care position. 52 hours of paid training included.
This is a mobile position. We have 5 days of work in Winter Haven, FL. You will be traveling to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to provide wound care to patients.
Scope of Practice Includes:
- You will average around 18-20 patients a day.
- Performing basic wound care (dressing changes, chemical debridement) with some minor procedures.
- This will be a full-time 5 days a week job. No Nights, No Call, No weekends. Flexible.
- Compensation Model is Base Salary plus RVU Bonus.
- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner and Experience Requirements
- State License
- DEA License
- SNF or Wound Care Exp a Plus
- ED or Urgent Care experience is a plus!
- 1 year of NP experience is a must
Benefits Include
* Compensation is base salary plus Quarterly RVU Bonus. Base/Bonus Range 115K-155K/year
