Core Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: implement company inventory strategy, monitor inventory quality and accuracy, provide data feedback to support decision making;
Problem solving: identify potential problems with inventory and warehousing systems, analyze root causes and develop improvement plans;
Quality Audit: Lead quality audits, document discrepancies and compliance issues, and work with finance, suppliers and other departments to ensure data accuracy;
Process Optimization: Evaluate existing warehousing processes and resource allocation, and propose efficiency improvement plans;
Team Management: Responsible for team training and capability enhancement to create a positive working atmosphere;
Transportation Evaluation: Regularly review the performance of carriers to optimize transportation safety and timeliness.
Appointment Requirements:
More than 4 years warehouse ICQA management experience, familiar with the whole process of inventory;
Bachelor degree or above (operation/supply chain management related majors preferred);
Proficient in using Office software and Warehouse Management System (WMS);
Strong sense of responsibility, adapt to flexible work schedule (including weekend/holiday emergency response).
Summary
