Growth & Demand Generation Marketing Manager


Location: Remote or Hybrid in Charlotte, NC

Kosai is on a mission to eliminate CVEs across a company’s entire open source software stack, regardless of version or type. The world runs on OSS, yet enterprises have been forced to rely on compensating controls, costly migrations, or simply accept risk. We’re changing that by delivering real security patches at scale, solving one of the most urgent and universal challenges in enterprise security.


This is a strategic and high-impact role within a fast-moving GTM organization. As a foundational hire at this stage of our growth, you will work directly with our Chief Growth Officer, owning demand generation, ABM, and content strategy to drive pipeline acceleration. You'll leverage automation, data-driven experimentation, and outbound marketing strategies to reach key stakeholders at our ICP. Overview:

Kosai is seeking a Growth & Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across our ideal customer profiles (ICPs). This role combines demand generation, content marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and growth marketing to fuel Kosai’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will work closely with GTM engineering, sales, and partnerships to develop and execute high-impact campaigns that position Kosai as the leader in secure open-source software.

Key Responsibilities:1. Demand Generation & ABM
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns using LinkedIn, paid ads, and email.
  • Partner with GTM engineering to create technical messaging that aligns with product-market fit and sales motions.
  • Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting financial services, ISVs, and enterprises using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and intent data.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring high-quality pipeline creation for sales.
2. Content & Social Media Marketing
  • Create engaging technical and business-oriented content, including:
  • Case studies
  • Whitepapers
  • LinkedIn posts
  • Blog articles
  • Video scripts
  • Optimize content for SEO, conversion, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Work with GTM engineers to ensure content is credible, valuable, and technically sound.
3. Growth & Performance Marketing
  • Experiment with A/B testing, analytics, and audience segmentation to drive higher engagement and conversions.
  • Own Kosai’s paid social strategy, including LinkedIn Ads and remarketing campaigns.
  • Identify and scale successful demand-gen experiments across social and web.
  • Use performance data to iterate and improve messaging, CTAs, and audience targeting.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Align with sales and partnerships to ensure marketing efforts support pipeline growth.
  • Work with GTM engineering to refine technical narratives for different buyer personas.
  • Support field marketing efforts for events, webinars, and executive briefings.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or ABM, preferably in open-source, cybersecurity, or cloud.
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads, paid media, and inbound marketing.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and sales pipeline acceleration.
  • Ability to create compelling technical and business content.
  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
