We are seeking a Manager of Visual Merchandising with a passion for physical, 3D brand expression. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies for retail stores, consumer influencer events and tradeshow booths that reflect our brand identity and engage our customers. You’ll support the end-to-end process for merchandising projects, ensuring excellence in execution, budget management, and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
How You'll Contribute
- Manage visual merchandising timelines and workflows from concept to execution, ensuring clear communication, efficient scheduling, and timely delivery across all projects.
- Partner with vendors to evaluate design feasibility, navigate material and production constraints, and optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Support review of technical drawings, material specifications, and production details to ensure alignment with design intent, budgets, and timelines.
- Create and update planograms for retail channels, ensuring consistent and compelling product presentations.
- Support the artwork development process, collaborating with graphic designers to deliver visually compelling presentations and approving production-ready files.
- Support development of clear, comprehensive toolkits and instruction sheets for regional deployment and store-level execution.
- Track budgets for visual merchandising initiatives, including expenses, actualizations, and forecasts to ensure financial accountability.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, with experience working with Sephora.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, proficiency in 2D drawing (3D rendering skills a plus), and a deep understanding of materials, manufacturing, and printing processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- International experience is a plus, with a demonstrated ability to adapt strategies for diverse markets.

The base salary for this full-time position is between $90,00-$110,000 per year. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skillset, education, and work location.
