We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Team! You will be responsible for helping our customers by providing account information and service information.
Responsibilities include:
● Provide information about the products and services
● Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues and concerns
● Handle customer inquiries and complaints
● Document and update records based on interactions
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in customer service is required
● Ability to prioritize and multi-task
● Positive and professional demeanor
● Excellent negotiation skills
● Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
● High school Diploma or GED is required
● 2-4 years of college or equivalent business experience is preferred
