What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cable Technician position at Koscom Cable Inc?
Your Responsibilities:
- Install cables outdoors from poles and inside residential homes.
- Verify signal levels on cable outlets to ensure quality service.
- Provide TV, Internet, and Phone services to our valued customers.
- Install and set up equipment such as modems and cable boxes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Educate customers about our wide range of services.
Responsibilities:
- Your own white VAN or white Pickup Truck (Not mandatory) equipped with commercial-grade ladder racks for transporting 28-foot ladders.
- Previous experience as a Cable Technician (Not mandatory)
- Active driver’s license and a valid Social Security Number.
- iPhone/iPad for using our app to receive and manage service orders.
- Conversational English skills
- Physical capability to handle heavy objects, including 28 ft ladders.
