What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Agent (Apartments) position at Kosow Construction Corp.?
Seeking Part-Time Rental Agent to work every other weekend, or every weekend, if available. Saturday, 10 am-5 pm, and Sunday. 10am-5 pm. Answer phones, facilitate work orders and Lease signings. Experience a plus but we will train the right candidate. Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish/Portuguese/English)....Flexible with scheduling for coverage during the week and weekends. A schedule with just Monday and Friday( 2 Days) Is also available. Weekends however are also a priority.
The position pays $16.00/hour
