What are the responsibilities and job description for the Email Marketing & Blasts Coordinator: Recruiting Agency (Big Law Firm Clientele): Los Angeles position at Kossoris Search?

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
Identify and propose internal / external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a reputable 4-year college, with a GPA of 3.3 or higher.

2 experience in marketing / brand management

Exceptional proficiency in spelling and grammar.

Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a preference for structured work.

Ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a busy environment

Proficient in computer usage and database management.

Openness to constructive feedback and a drive to improve one's work.

Demonstrates a strong work ethic, including reliable attendance, and is collaborative in a team environment.

A dedicated team player who will commit for years to come.

Compensation & Benefits :

Hourly : $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 2 : 30 PM (PST)

Please note that this role works East Coast hours in our LA office.

Please note overtime is available and, on occasion, required.

Location : In Person at the Westwood Office in Los Angeles, CA 90024
