Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team at Kossoris Search in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract top attorney partners and groups. To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the legal industry, a strategic approach to branding and outreach, and innovative marketing skills to attract both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract top attorney partners and groups.
- Create marketing materials, manage online campaigns, track analytics, and build relationships within the legal industry.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable 4-year college, with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- 3 years of Marketing strategy development and implementation experience.
- 3 years of Digital marketing and campaign management experience.
- 2 years of Managing a team.
- 2 years of Research & Analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus. JD is optional but preferred.

Work Arrangements
This is a full-time on-site role. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM (PST), with occasional weekend work as needed.
Location
In Person at the Westwood Office in Los Angeles, CA 90024.
