We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Kosterina Enthusiast to join our team. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a critical role in growing our business within retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Kosterina and showcase our premium olive oil products to customers during in-store demos and field marketing events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shoppers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Oversee product merchandising, inventory management, and sampling activities at in-store demos, driving sales and increasing conversion rates.
- Capture engaging content for social media platforms and provide thoughtful feedback on new products and services.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for in-store demos, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with new customers and build strong relationships.
- Prior experience in product demos or sales is encouraged, as well as a passion for food and wellness.
- Must have access to a vehicle for traveling to event locations.
