Job Description

We're seeking a charismatic and experienced Brand Ambassador to represent Kosterina in retail settings. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with customers, promote our brand, and drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Lead in-store demos, showcasing our products and sharing their stories with enthusiasm and passion.
2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, allowing you to effectively communicate their value to customers.
3. Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets, boost conversion rates, and build strong relationships with customers.
4. Capture compelling content to showcase on our social media platforms.
5. Demonstrate exceptional professionalism and communication skills, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and proactive.
6. Contribute valuable insights to inform future product development and marketing strategies.
7. Adhere to scheduled shifts and demo guidelines, ensuring seamless execution of in-store events.
8. Compile detailed event reports, highlighting consumer engagement and product samples distributed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A flexible schedule, allowing you to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• An authentic passion for food, wellness, and customer-centric service.
• Prior experience in product demos or sales is a plus, but not required.
• A natural ability to learn and educate others in a clear and concise manner.
• Reliable access to a vehicle for traveling to event locations.
