What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper for Chesapeake Square Mall position at Kotarides Property Management?
Kotarides Property Management is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Housekeeper for our rapidly growing company. We are hiring full-time Housekeepers for Chesapeake Square Mall. The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper involve the upkeep of common areas and grounds in order to enhance and maintain the property’s appeal.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean common area and restrooms daily.
- Dust mop mall common area and run floor scrubber
- Disinfect High Touch Areas
- Clean designated areas as directed by the Head Housekeeper
- Maintain cleanliness of the property by physically walking the property and remove litter and debris.
- Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with residents.
- Operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year experience in cleaning, preferably commercial. Kotarides Property Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Pay: $15.75 per hour
