Social Media and Community Manager

We re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Community Manager to join our team and help us foster engagement build relationships and drive brand loyalty across social platforms.

Job Type : Remote / Contract / PartTime / Hourly

Responsibilities :

Manage and grow online communities across platforms like Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn TikTok Reddit and others.

Create and design engaging onbrand content for social media platforms including posts images videos and stories.

Engage with followers respond to comments and messages and foster positive conversations.

Monitor social media trends and conversations to keep content relevant and onbrand.

Develop and execute communitybuilding strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create and share compelling content.

Track community sentiment analyze trends and provide feedback to help shape brand messaging.

Address customer inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.

Organize and participate in online events contests and promotions to drive community interaction.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in social media and community management.

Requirements

Requirements :

4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager Marketing Specialist Community Manager or in a similar role.

Minimum of Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media platforms tools and analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.

Experience with social media management tools.

Experience with event organization and management.

Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

A passion for building and nurturing online communities.

Nice to Have :

Experience with influencer marketing or partnerships.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Spark).

Familiarity with social media advertising and campaigns.

General Requirements

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation.

Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while also contributing to a team environment.

Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop / computer reliable internet connection quiet conducive space).
