The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa - Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently seeking an outgoing, professional, and energetic Front Desk Agent.
Work hours are from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for checking guests in and out.
- Will answer any guest questions.
- Will address any guest concerns.
- Will make sure that all guest billing is accurate.
- Will work to ensure that each guest has a pleasant stay and will advise them of all amenities the hotel has to offer.
