What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Secretary (Bilingual) position at KOURY CORPORATION?
Now seeking Part Time Secretary for very busy hotel Housekeeping Office! Hours will typically be 8:30AM-5:00PM. There will generally be two shifts per week. Days will vary. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Assisting with daily operation of housekeeping office
- Performing various administrative duties
- Assisting with staff scheduling
- Assisting the housekeeping management team with operational issues regarding room cleanliness and and room assignments
- Providing a point of contact for other departments in the hotel
- Managing lost and found items
- Assisting with record tracking and filing
- Providing support and communication to Housekeeping team members
