The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa - A Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently hiring a cook in our Finial Fine Dining Restaurant.
We are currently seeking hard-working and experienced individuals to join our team as a cook.
Finial Restaurant is a favorite of resort guests, local executives and the surrounding community.
The right individual would be ambitious, hardworking and team oriented.
Typical working hours are 10am to 7pm or later due to volume
Must be available Weekends and Holidays!!!
Job Duties:
- Set-up, clean and stock kitchen prep station.
- Measure, weigh, cut, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Prepare food and cook main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
- Plate, arrange, and garnish dishes based on the chef’s guidance.
- Work with servers to ensure orders are completed timely and accurately.
- Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils.
- Store equipment at the end of shift.
- Follow food safety standards and regulations to ensure proper operating procedures and hygiene.
