Kovach Eye Institute is seeking a talented Sales Career Opportunity to join our team. As a key member of our direct sales force, you will play a critical role in growing our business and expanding our presence in the Chicagoland area.
The ideal candidate will possess primary experience in eyecare sales or a proven successful track record in medical or pharma sales. We are looking for someone who has been a Presidents Club or sales award winner with a minimum of 3-5 years sales experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with optometrists in one of several territories in the Chicagoland area to increase cataract and refractive consults. You will also be expected to meet and exceed revenue and patient volume goals for your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceeds the necessary volume of cataract and refractive consults within assigned territory.
- Meet and exceeds revenue and patient volume goals for their territory.
- Manage and maintains records of completed transactions for all sales quotes.
- Meets or exceeds established sales goals for new account referrals.
- Effectively utilizes the KEI consultative sales tracking and Compulink data entry.
