JOB PURPOSE : To provide support to the corporate marketing and communication function.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Collaboratively with the rest of the marketing team, assume responsibility for completion of assigned tasks related to successful marketingProvide a liaison function from KHUS to KCL to assist in their understanding of the US beverage industryProvide a liaison function from KCL to KHUS to assist KHUS in better understanding KCL information needs and decision making processes.Act as a liaison between the Marketing Department and other departments within the companyManage interactions with selected vendors related to the Marketing Department and coordinate ongoing activities with these companiesDevelop an in-depth understanding of the US beverage industry, including; marketing, promotional regulation, sales, distribution, and trade.Display a high level of effort and commitment to performing work; operates effectively with the organizational structure; demonstrates trustworthiness and responsible behavior.Demonstrate eagerness to learn and assume responsibility; seek out and accept increased responsibility; display a "can do" approach to workShow persistence and seek alternatives when obstacles arise; seek alternative solutions; does things before being asked or forced to by eventsWork with the system in a resourceful manner to accomplish reasonable work goals; show flexibility in response to process change and adapts to and accommodates new methods and proceduresAccept direction and feedback from Managers and follows through appropriatelyOther duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : College degree in related fieldMinimum three (3) years experience in project coordination, communications and marketingStrong written and oral communication skills and organizational skillsExcellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)Knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures with Public RelationsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyThe information presented, while not an exact or exhaustive listing, describes the work, performance standards, and qualifications typically required of employees in this job.
