Our cashiers are responsible for accurately scanning and tendering customers’ orders while also encouraging a welcoming and helpful environment by building right relationships with coworkers and customers.
Cashiers will go through our paid training program that offers the advantage of real-time, in-person training with expert trainers. They will receive technical education as well as hands-on experience from day one. Our training program offers Cashiers the basic knowledge and support that will allow them the confidence to begin their jobs at their home store.
Requirements:
- Ability to be scheduled Mornings &/or Evenings approximately 20- 30 hours/week
- Evening Availability: Ability to be scheduled no later than 3pm to close
- Morning Availability: Ability to be scheduled as early as 6 am
- Ability to work 2 out-of-the 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) is a must
- Looking for candidates who are interested in growing from within for future opportunities
- Comfortable speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to work in and enjoy a fast-paced environment but also be motivated to complete tasks during down times
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Understand that you have the power to impact customer and coworkers day in a positive way
